Land of Lincoln Legal Assistance Foundation has created an intake manual that is used to maintain the same standard of procedures pertaining to intake and disposition of cases, matters and timekeeping in its intake unit and its regional offices.  The manual serves as a guide for determining which legal problems will result in an application for service.  The manual also provides policies to ensure adherence to applicable regulations and documentation of procedures.

The intake manual contains sections addressing:
