Camden Regional Legal Services developed forms to conduct staff evaluations. The evaluations are intended to measure performance and to assist the employee in developing skills and pinpointing problems so that performance can be improved. The forms include employer and employee evaluation sections. Staff evaluation forms are provided for case handlers and support staff. The forms range in length from 14 to 23 pages.
