Queens Legal Services Corporation (QLSC) developed Staff Attorney and Paralegal Evaluation Forms. These evaluation forms assess the performance of staff attorneys and paralegals. The evaluation forms look at many different areas to make an accurate assessment.
The evaluation forms are separated into four parts. Each part contains categories that staff attorneys and paralegals are evaluated against. These four parts are:
1. Lawyering/Paralegal Skills 2. Compliance with Office Procedures 3. Interpersonal Relations 4. Training
