Legal Aid of Western Ohio (LAWO) and Advocates for Basic Legal Equality (ABLE) have developed a Long Range Strategic Plan as a road map to articulate direction for the organizations' Boards of Trustees, staffs, and volunteers. On a practical level, On a practical level, provides guidance for decision making and priority setting. It is also an articulation of vision for the substance and the delivery of legal services.
The Plan addresses the following areas:
1. Missions of the Firms 2. Vision and Philosophy 3. The Planning Process 4. How will the Plan change and what we do? 5. Structure of the Plan 6. Goals - Program and Services 7. Goals – Organizational Effectiveness 8. Innovation 9. Implementation and Evaluation
The Plan also includes an action plan for one year.
