Legal Aid of Arkansas developed a Succession Plan for the Executive Director position. The Plan addresses protocols for both unanticipated/ temporary changes and permanent changes. The plan describes the different protocols for each situation and the process related to them.

2. Acting Executive Director
3. Transition Team

b. Staff
c. Function
4. Immediate Management Issues
5. Search Committee
