Legal Services of Greater Miami, Inc. developed "Supervision Guidelines" that provide detailed guidance for the supervision of attorneys with various levels
of experience. According to the Guidelines, the supervision goals of an attorney are for the attorney to provide high quality legal advocacy to the client community by becoming a skilled advocate, and to foster the professional growth of the attorney.  Under the guidance of the supervisor, the attorney will develop the planning, organization, analysis, strategy and advocacy skills required to achieve these goals.
