This paper explores how call centres (hotlines), information kiosks, websites, and videoconferencing are enhancing the delivery of legal services to isolated areas in Queensland, Australia. This article provides an interesting comparative perspective on the use of technology by legal services providers in Australia as well as some of the obstacles Australian legal services providers are encountering.
